Staff and food were first class, had a good stay at this hotel. The shuttle to the club was a great perk and breakfast was included. I loved my time in this property.

The sky bar was nice, appreciated this place. Had a real good stay here.

The staff were affable and outstandingly accommodating, from a really nice member of staff. The hotel had a marvellous location a minute walk from Convention. Had brilliant and splendid meal in the club.

stayed here for 2 nights and loved my choice. the double room was equipped with basic facilities, including central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television. the breakfast had plenty of reasonably priced food and drinks.

The hotel was clean and the staff and location where second to none! The restaurant was great with a good bar and restaurant, I tried hot dishes. The bedroom was comfortable and had a clean separate bathroom.

All in all, it's simply stunning place that has especially helpful staff from a really nice member of staff. The location is fab, 2 km from Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum.

Luxurious and business hotel, the services were outstanding, unbeatable location in the centre of the city. I enjoyed non-smoking rooms where very clean the beds where comfortable and exceptionally kind staff.

The breakfast definitely should 've been included for the price.

The venue is lush, with excellent food and brilliant location close to Symphony Hall.

Immaculate room, lovely bed, savoury breakfast. Location right by Birmingham and the entertainment centre and many restaurants. Also, an independent cinema was situated on the doorstep.

The location of the hotel was reasonable, the staff was willing to help, we appreciated an awesome experience. Breakfast was outstanding, included different options. Practical room, cozy bed and quiet in the evenings. The service provided there was nice.

I liked staff and location at this hotel. The rooms with 2 double beds, AC, for instance. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Excellent base for exploring Birmingham.

decor was beautiful, great value. staff and food were incredible, i had a very lovely stay. wonderful view, a great balcony, nice bed, too. it had nice swimming pool too.

Great value as opposed to other options, centrally located. The continental breakfast offered plenty of dishes. I got free upgrade and loved it. Brilliant facilities and the pool was lovely. 20 minutes walk from central Birmingham.

The property had its own gourmet restaurant, it was beautiful. The carbonated drinks in sky bar were very welcome😀

The bed was comfy and the staff HELPFUL. Walking distance to cadbury world.
